Toting sweet treats and flowers, Sarah Ghesquière swooped gracefully through the doors of Synergy to join us as senior writer/creative director.

In addition to beautifying the office and boosting our sugar intake, she brings a fresh perspective that has most definitely expanded our awesomeness

Sarah has an entrepreneurial spirit and gift for crafting compelling and clever content—which she has built over 15+ years as a freelance favorite of Chicago agencies and in-house creative departments.

She generates big ideas with the same talent and enthusiasm she dedicates to the littlest of details. Sarah makes us, and our clients, smarter. And we are grateful that she decided to settle down with us.

We do have to tolerate her puns. But appreciate her unflappable spirit, shared love of ordering lunch, and her not-so-secret office romance with our intern, Claude.
