Kendall’s #1 Ranking Packs the House

Recently ranked #1 by leading Chicago hotels and restaurants as preparing graduates best for their careers, Kendall College is a popular place for aspiring chefs and hospitality professionals. Synergy’s NUMBER ONE advertising campaign has blanketed the city via outdoor, print and broadcast channels and as a result, more than 300 interested students and their guests packed the recent campus Open House to learn more about what Kendall College has to offer.
The Start of Something Grande
Forty independent Chicago cafés are sporting custom coffee wraps featuring National Louis University. Part of the “MORE THAN” advertising campaign, the coffee sleeves are just one of the experiential channels being used as part of the overall media mix to reach prospective students where they work, live and play.
Advertising that Stands FOR Something
Spring 2012 marks the rollout of the Adler School of Professional Psychology’s new creative advertising campaign, crafted by Synergy. Leveraging messaging around the school’s commitment to social change, along with compelling imagery and a fresh, contemporary color palette, the campaign will support enrollment initiatives for the online, Chicago and Vancouver campuses.
Supporting 82 Classrooms and Counting…
Through DonorsChoose.org, an online charity supporting students in need, friends of Synergy Creative have chosen to donate to more than 80 public school classrooms across the country. And the giving continues. Synergy sent out pre-funded Donor Gift Cards to its clients, vendors, and other partners and asked them to choose classroom projects that are meaningful to them. It’s been a fun way to stay connected and make a direct, positive impact on education.
Adler School Engages Synergy Creative
Adler School of Professional Psychology has selected Synergy Creative to develop its new admissions marketing advertising campaign. The creative will speak to prospective students seeking graduate degrees in counseling and psychology at Adler’s Chicago and Vancouver campuses, as well as online. Stay tuned for the results!
Hollister Brand Campaign Unveiled
At its annual global marketing meeting in Washington D.C., Hollister Incorporated’s Ostomy Division rolled out its new Synergy-developed brand campaign. An extension of its “Details Matter” positioning, the new campaign uses lifestyle imagery and graphic elements to communicate the brand essence to consumers and health care providers. Synergy teamed with Hollister to create extensive brand guidelines and templates that will be used in more than 20 countries to market the company’s extensive product line.
Le Cordon Bleu Launches New Website
Le Cordon Bleu selected Synergy Creative to develop a design refresh for its website. Uniting all 16 North American culinary school campuses under one main site, the new design leverages both the tradition of Le Cordon Bleu and its contemporary evolution into an easy-to-navigate destination for current and future students. Higher Education Marketing Awards Sweep
Synergy Creative was recognized with three top awards in the 26th Higher Education Marketing Awards. The Gold went to NewSchool of Architecture and Design’s online student thesis showcase, profiling work from graduating seniors.
Synergy also received two Silver awards: for National Louis University’s “More Than” Newspaper Ad Series and one for Kendall College’s “My College is Kendall” Overall Advertising Campaign.
And The Winners Are…
Less than three months after the launch of its new creative, National Louis University has received the prestigious Gold Hermes Creative Award for the “More Than” advertising campaign. Synergy is proud to be a part of this exciting transition in NLU’s branding and recruitment efforts. Harrington College of Design was also recognized with a Gold for the Interior Design Master’s Degree program brochure. Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of traditional materials, as well as emerging media.
More Than Campaign Takes Off
The initial launch of National Louis University’s MORE THAN advertising campaign is showing early success. Response to online banner ads has doubled since the campaign began in late December, and interest and inquiries are on the rise.
